Set Two:
Summary:
Set One:
Having had the opportunity to worship at the Ft. Wayne Vineyard, let me say that the albums first set with Dave Chumchal is excellent, but tame for Dave. He is a rocker at heart, and God has blessed him with outlets for that love. The wailing guitar during the bridge on I Love Loving You (track 2) is a good example of how he worships on Sunday morning. The first song, Hold On is simply phenomenal! My daughter does the handjive to the chorus, and she is only three years old! She also can sing the first three tracks!
This set captures you, and if you let Him, the Holy Spirit will guide you through this tapestry of worship! What a sweet fragrance to Jesus! Even the softer songs in this set have a decided rock flair.
From simple songs to grand worship, Michael Hansens set moves you around virtual images of God as depicted in song. The beats and rythyms have that instantly recognizable sound, and the lyrics come to you immediately. The song You Direct My Steps is my personal favorite, but Our Father will probably be the most played during services. Enough said: you will enjoy this set.
Ranks up there with my all time favorite Touching the Fathers Heart releases: #5 King of Saints, #10 Save Us Oh God, #18 Light The Fire Again, #22 Hallelujah Glory, and #29 I Will Lift My Hands.
