Teaching, modelling and imparting the heart and activity of worshipFrom Thursday 11th March to Saturday 13th March at New Covenant Church, Bryanston, South Africa, VMG is holding a “Why We Worship” conference, with worship leaders like Brent Helming and Rita Springer.
For over two years, Vineyard Music Group has been holding “Why We Worship” seminars in cities around the USA and around the world. Regardless of denomination, age, race or gender, many have joined together for a time to worship and to learn more about how to worship. Those who have attended were not only worship leaders and musicians, but also those who simply had a hunger for worship and intimacy with God.
There is so much more to worship than singing a song about God; our desire is to sing to God! We have learned that there is healing, joy, repentance and restoration in worship. It’s amazing that when we go to worship the Lord, we always seem to receive more than we give.
We offer a time to come together corporately to learn more about worship by teaching, imparting and modelling the heart of a worshipper. Our desire at Vineyard Music Group is to ignite and encourage worshippers around the world. This seminar will emphasize the issues of the heart rather than techniques. There are extended times of worship, as well as teachings on the foundations of worship, with a ministry time to follow. There is something for everyone!

This unique cassette was produced specifically for Vineyard conferences and seminars. It includes 12 Vineyard worship songs written by worship leaders such as John Barnett, Andy Park, David Ruis, Carl Tuttle and Cindy Rethmeier.
I Worship You Songbook
This corresponding songbook was also created exclusively for these
conferences and seminars and contains guitar chord diagrams, piano and vocal arrangements as well as Transparency Masters for each song on the I Worship You cassette.
From William Nichol Drive: From N1S (Concrete Highway) take the William Nichol Dr. (R511) offramp, and turn North (right) towards Fourways. Pass the BP garage on left and turn left at first set of traffic lights into Leslie Road. Go straight at the 4-way stop (Westway Rd), and straight at the traffic lights (Douglas Rd). Pass the Douglasdale Shopping Centre on right.
Turn first left into Hornbill road. Go though the dip and turn right at the T-junction. The entrance to the church is on the left at the bottom of the hill.
From Hans Strydom Drive: From N1N (Concrete Highway) take the Hans Strydom/Lanseria (R512) offramp, and turn North (left) towards Northgate/Lanseria. At the second set of traffic lights turn right into President Fouche (going towards the Olivedale Clinic). Go through first set of traffic lights with Olivedale Shopping Centre on right. Go up the hill and turn right at second set of traffic lights into Jacaranda. Turn left into Hornbill road at bottom of hill, after crossing bridge. Church entrance is on the left after going downhill.
